It’s not easy to find good food around Punggol. Most stalls at the food courts are turnkey operations managed by foreigners. This Indian food stall at Blk 301 Punggol Central (same place as Sheng Siong) serves pretty good Indian food. A rare example, a dying breed.
I know Nakhon Kitchen was good, but the crowds are getting bigger, the queues getting longer and quality is dropping. The Muslim makan place further down Hougang St 21 is usually quiet and seems unlikely to serve anything nice, but this chicken biryani is cheap and pretty good.
