Our very own char kway teow, our very own Chua Lam. Over the years, with the huge influx of foreign cooks and hawkers, many authentic Singaporean flavours have been lost. In this Hongkong TV programme, Chua Lam brings our pretty female hosts to sample some authentic Singaporean char kway teow at an old housing estate.

Please folks, Chua Lam is a Singaporean and not a Hongkonger. Thanks to all the shallow aunties and moralists, we have lost a great talent.
