What to do with a can of 佛跳墙 I got during Chinese New Year? I wish I had some mee sua then, but I only had instant noodles, so I decided to make a dish called Buddha Jumps Over Instant Noodles.
Very simple, just heat up the contents from the can and put in the instant noodles. I also added some wanton. It takes quite a while to soften the noodles as the broth is quite thick. Boil up and have a thick, slurpy instant noodle dish. Not sure if it goes well with vinegar, but do use mee sua if you happen to have some lying around at home.
