A very simple but tasty dish here that takes literally minutes to prepare. All you need are eggs, mussels and chives.
I’ve placed everything together for demonstration purposes. When preparing this yourself, it would be much easier if you beat the eggs before you add in the chives and mussels.
Self-explanatory. Anyone who can fry an egg can do this. Don’t be afraid to turn up the heat. It’s probably not possible to flip over without tearing the egg. Just brown on both sides and drizzle some light soya sauce just before you plate it.
Tastes great with Thai sweet chilli sauce. This tastes more sweet and sour than spicy.
This is what the omelette looks like. It tastes great and the kids will love it.
