
This is another wonderful no brainer dish. Just season some salmon slices (not more than 1cm thick) with hua diao wine, teriyaki sauce and black pepper. Marinate for for one hour, pop into an oven and grill for 25mins while adding more teriyaki sauce. Squeeze some lime juice and you’ve got a wonderfully yummy dish that the kids will love.
