French Beans Fried In Dried Shrimp Floss

This is one of my favourite dishes and the good thing is, the ingredients are cheap and easy to obtain – in Singapore at least. It’s extremely flavourful, no need to add any salt or seasoning. Do try this at home. You’ll find your cooking skills coming in handy when Singapore’s population hits 6.9 million and all the food centres are packed with long queues for awful food prepared by foreign cooks who can’t make it.

Sprinkle a bit of this on the blandest rice and you’ll feel like eating the whole bowl of it even if you don’t have much of an appetite. Look at how wonderful it is. The aroma is also heavenly.
