I’m not a fan of French wines. I find them overpriced and difficult to appreciate compared to new world wines like Australian, South African and South American wines. Some have speculated that Xinjiang Province in China is the place to watch for emerging stars.
Anyway, I find this wine light bodied and very easy to drink. I can hardly taste any tannin or acid. I guess this wine will go well with any sort of food. Not fantastic, not much character, but very drinker-friendly. No harm trying.
