Kids can be very particular about food; not just in terms of taste, but also in terms of presentation. Allow me to present my “pancake” omelette. Just one beaten egg with a few thin slices of onion, pepper, a few drops of soy sauce and a teaspoon of oil and a pancake omelette is done in less than 5 minutes.
And here’s my secret – a micro non-sick frying pan. Low heat, flip over with spoon when ready. Trust me, the kids will love it.
