Tofu

This is a great cold dish to go along with some flavourful rice dish. Just slice up some smooth tofu, add a bit of soy sauce, sesame oil and bonito flakes. I used to think they were onion skin. Actually, these flakes are shavings from a fish. Watch the video below to see how bonito flakes are made.
