This is not the first time I’m making this dish, but it’s my first time videoing it as I had a cameraman on this day.
This is a very popular dish ordered at our local zer char stalls here in Singapore. I actually prefer salted fish fried rice to “normal” fried rice. I think it has something to do with the aroma of fried salted dish and bean sprouts. Wonderful texture. Great taste and aroma. Do try this at home. The kids will love it.
