Fried Bean Sprouts

This is the first time I’m frying bean sprouts this way. Most of the ingredients are visible in the photo. First, fry some minced salted fish, garlic, put in the bean sprouts with tau pok and sliced red chilli (not spicy) and we’re done. No seasoning required. Flavours come from the salted fish.
