I’ve always thought that the biggest mistake made by folks who don’t know how to cook fried rice is to make the rice too wet. That’s principle does not change and it would thus be a huge challenge to add a liquid like soy sauce to your fried rice and make it come out good.
Below is an example of how a pro does it. You don’t just need high heat. You need a high level of skill. Very impressive.
