I’m not a snob, but if I want to eat out, I would eat out at one of these places. The ingredients are hard to find and the cooking style is quite unique.

Kyrgyz hum chin paeng and bread. The most daunting part is the labourious kneading process. Must be exhausting. Sharpening the knife is a lot more relaxing. I wouldn’t use saliva as a lubricant though.
