Oyster Omelette

Heat up some oil, then add potato starch suspension to cook up and jelly-like base. Beat a few eggs and fry till brown. Toss the base with oysters, squeeze some fish sauce, lime juice and finally turn off the heat and throw in chopped cilantro.
