Beef stew normally takes hours to cook, but if you want it to be quick, just use beef slices instead of beef cubes. Fry some onions and garlic in oil, then add cut potatoes and carrots. Add Italian herbs, paprika, black pepper, bay leaves. Boil with just a little bit of water. Once the vegetables are soft, add salt and beef slices. Stir a bit and the beef is done, you can serve immediately. I didn’t have capsicum handy, but a dash of paprika should do the trick as well.
