This is a traditional breakfast place in Hong Kong. It’s almost impossible to find such places in Singapore. The prices are reasonable and the carefree style and atmosphere is so uncharacteristic of hectic Hong Kong.

The watercress here is quite interesting. You can pluck them yourself from the field. The cooking method is also interesting – very simple.
