Thailand’s MK as its signature roast duck or pet yang. Here is one dish that surpasses our Samsui chicken. I had this at a restaurant called 家好月圆 in the old quarters of Kampar, Perak.
The meat is so tender and tasty that if this chicken were to be used at our chicken rice stalls, nobody would order roast chicken rice anymore. It’s that amazing.
